New York Public Library: Genealogy & Map Divisions
The New York Public Library is one of the world’s great research libraries. NYPL staff will provide an overview of the rich resources of the Milstein Division of United States History, Local History and Genealogy, and the Lionel Pincus and Princess Firyal Map Division. A guided tour of the Milstein, Milstein Microfilm, and Map rooms will follow. The NYG&B tour will take approximately 75 minutes, after which, individual research may conduct their own research.

National Archives at New York City
On June 13 at NARA-NYC, the NYG&B will host a tour including an orientation to the facilities and collections, and a genealogist will be available to answer questions from tour members until noon. Individual research may follow the tour until NARA-NYC’s regular closing time (5:00 pm). The NYG&B tour will take approximately 60 minutes, after which, individuals may conduct their own research.
